The EU’s ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is not yet in operation, and no ETIAS applications are currently being accepted. The EU has removed the late-2026 launch target from its official website, and a launch in 2026 is now considered unfeasible.

Scam warning: any website offering to submit an ETIAS application for you today is not official — treat such offers as fraudulent.

When ETIAS does launch, it will be a pre-travel authorisation for visa-exempt travellers only. It does not replace a Schengen visa: if your nationality requires a visa for Europe, you must still apply through the normal embassy or VFS/TLS process.

We will update this notice as soon as the EU announces an official launch date.
