Refund Policy

Processing durations given by Tripzo are estimates based on current embassy processing times and historical averages. Actual timings may vary due to embassy schedules, public holidays, or additional review requests. Tripzo is not liable for delays caused by external authorities or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments with sufficient notice. Specific timelines (e.g., 24–48 hours) will be provided in your service agreement.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of service fees if work has already started or appointments were booked on your behalf.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from services provided by Tripzo will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where possible, disagreements will be resolved through direct communication. If required, legal processes will take place in UK courts.
