Please note that visa decisions are made solely by embassies, consulates, or visa authorities. Tripzo does not influence or control visa approvals and therefore cannot guarantee outcomes.
Service Fees & Non-Refundable Charges
Our service fees cover time, expertise, and administrative work involved in preparing your visa application.
Once any of the following activities have begun, service fees become non-refundable:

Document review or preparation has started

Application forms or cover letters have been drafted

Appointments have been booked on your behalf

Any part of the application process has been initiated
This applies regardless of the final visa decision.
Refund Eligibility (Before Service Commencement)
You may be eligible for a partial refund only if you cancel before any work has started on your application.

Refunds at this stage may be subject to administrative or processing charges

Any third-party fees (e.g. booking platforms, payment gateways) are non-refundable

Refund requests must be submitted in writing
Once work begins, refunds are no longer applicable.
Visa Refusal & Refunds
A visa refusal does not qualify for a refund.
Visa applications are assessed by independent authorities, and outcomes depend on multiple factors including documentation, travel history, and embassy discretion. Tripzo’s role is advisory and supportive, not decision-making.
Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel our services:

You must inform Tripzo in writing

Cancellation confirmation will be provided once received

Fees already used for completed or ongoing work will not be refunded
Late cancellations may result in full forfeiture of service fees, especially if appointments or submissions were scheduled.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments booked on your behalf are subject to availability and embassy or visa centre rules.

Rescheduling may not always be possible

Tripzo is not responsible for embassy or visa centre cancellation penalties
Any rescheduling support provided will be subject to additional charges, if applicable.
Third-Party & Government Fees
Tripzo service fees are separate from:

Visa application centre charges

Courier or biometric fees
These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are charged by third parties and government authorities.
Processing Delays & External Factors
Tripzo is not responsible for delays caused by:

Additional document requests

Public holidays or system issues

Changes in immigration policies
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
